In 2004, purchasing 40 hectares of farming land together with UAB «TAGRITAS» and UAB«12 GROUP», the company started an investment project in Lithuania, in one of the expensive suburbs of Vilnius (in the direction of Nementchin), where the most prestigious and expensive estates are located.
